Chapter 267-10 CLEAN CITIES COORDINATION PROGRAM
The purpose of the Program is to assist cities to achieve designation as a "Clean City" as determined by the U.S. Department of Energy.

Funded from a combination of Stripper Well Settlement Agreement funds and a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy.
To assist communities to make the transition between a local consortium organized to promote the use of clean alternative fuels to one officially designated through the U.S. Department of Energy.
The program will make funds available in the amount of $20,000 to be used for costs related to the organization of a clean cities coalition aspiring to official designation as determined by the criteria of the U.S. Department of Energy Clean Cities Program.
Georgia coalitions organized for the purpose of promoting the goals of the Clean Cities program and seeking official designation as determined by the U.S. Department of Energy.
Local coalitions must have a demonstrated commitment to the Clean Cities programs and experience and involvement in such.
Applications must be received between October 16, 2000 and November 16, 2000. Facsimile copies will not be accepted or considered for funding. Two copies of the application should be mailed to:
