Chapter 54-1 ORGANIZATION

Rule 54-1-.01 Administration

All rules and regulations which are promulgated by the Georgia Athlete Agent Regulatory Commission, hereafter referred to as the "Commission," shall be administered by the Professional Licensing Boards Division of the Office of the Secretary of State, through the Division Director of the Professional Licensing Boards Division. The Office of the Division Director is located at 237 Coliseum Drive, Macon, Georgia 31217-3858.

Rule 54-1-.02 Organization

The Commission shall consist of six members appointed as follows: two by the Governor; two by the President of the Senate; and two by the Speaker of the House. Appointees shall serve for a term of three years.

Rule 54-1-.03 Officers

The Commission shall annually elect a chair and vice-chair.

Rule 54-1-.04 Quorum

Four members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business.
